Poem: Despairing The Loss Of Meaning

I despair for the Future
Not for humanity
Government or history
Or even the world
Humankind will overcome
Those meager obstacles
I despair for the soul
With the unholy worship
Of sciences and technology
Intellect and rationality
We lose the contact
With our Great Mother
Our internal voice
We lose our moral code
Our sense of right and wrong
We have forgotten
The Meaning of Life
Feelings and intuition
Why does no one realize
That when you are
Lost in the dark
You must feel
Your way to the
Light
