On The Ukraine Conflict

Like many around the world, I am watching the events related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine with trepidation, fear, despair and outrage. I am hoping for a quick resolution and for justice to prevail.

I do not have the words to salve anyone’s fears over this, or provide reasons for hope. What I can offer, however, are a series of quotes to reflect and meditate on, as I have often done, and continue to do. May they be of help to you as well!

Quotes For Reflection & Meditation

“We can admit that we’re killers, but we’re not going to kill today. That’s all it takes.” –Captain James T. Kirk in “A Taste of Armageddon” from Star Trek: The Original Series
