Poem: Drawn To You

I feel a pull
I feel a call
I am drawn to you
Tempted by you
And your unconscious appeal
My heart again has come to rest
On a goal that seems to pure for me
Oh! How I wish to be a greater man
To have the strength to cry m heart to heaven’s heights
Yet I do not
So now wait and abide
Scan the skies for signs of sun
To lift the clouds from my lonely life
I hope still
My will may yet conquer my greatest weakness
And all the angels in heaven will sing
