Tai Chi
I studied Taoist Tai Chi, which is a variant of the Yang 108 form modified by Moy Lin-Shin as a member of the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Canada from 2004-2015.
I have been studying Chen style taijiquan since 2015. My primary teacher is James Saper of East Mountain Internal Arts. I receive some additional instruction from Master Jack Yan of TNT Kung Fu. I have also attended workshops on Old Frame One (December 2022) and Two (June 2024) with Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei at TNT Kung Fu.
