Poem: Wraith

Empty, hollow, void of meaning
Words are spoken
Gestures made
I hear and see nothing
You go through life
Blindly trusting
Echoing what others have said
I call you sir
By your real name
Impostor, deceiver, wraith
Listen well sir
You know not
The soul of man or woman
Find meaning in your life
Or fall by wayside
