Poem: End of Tradition

Loss of innocence
Loss of youth
Traditions broken
Shelter swept away
A sign of darkness
Everywhere
Our time is running out
Sand in an hourglass
Picking up speed as
The tragedies accumulate
We must spread our light
To halt the dark attack
Drive it back
Contain it
In a wall of light
