An excellent text, providing an important examination of martial arts and aiming to develop a theory system that applies regardless of the art in question. A must-read for any martial artist looking to deepen their practice.

Tai Chi–The Perfect Exercise: Finding Health, Happiness, Balance, and Strength by Arthur Rosenfield
An excellent text on taijiquan. Acknowledges and highlights the martial arts root of the taijiquan.

The Taijiquan and Qi Gong Dictionary by Angela Fritz
An extremely used and practical guide for anyone who practices taijiquan or qigong and is not fluent in a Chinese dialect.

A compelling YouTube channel on a practice developed by two taijiquan practitioners in the UK. Offers a template for sparring which is accessible across styles. Builds on taiji push-hands (tuishou) drills to provide a system for free sparring with certain guidelines to mitigate against injury.
