Poem: Winter

Winter

White light coats all
The fire is bright
The world will fall

I feel so tall
And so right
White light coats all

I am held in a thrall
As comes cold of night!
The world will fall

Yet there is a pall
Mind you very slight
White light coats all

You have the gall
Not to have foresight!
The world will fall

We will run into a wall
And we will fight
White light coats all
The world will fall

Author’s Note: This was a poem that was written for a high school English class.
