I thank God
For always
Being there.
From the time
I was just a boy
God
Has granted me
His Spirit.
Guided
And strengthened
Through my feelings
To the mystic path.
Walked it
All my life.
Will walk it
‘Til I die.
Yet in the end
It all reminds me
Of what I already know:
Choose hope
And faith
And love.
Trust my feelings
All will be well.
