I face the swim
Bare flesh exposed
I jump
And fall
Bubbles boil around me
My worries fall away
I swim
I swim
I swim
I swim until my muscles burn
I swim until my skin grows soft
I swim until
The water and I are one
I am filled with serenity
I feel a joy akin to ecstasy
I am in complete harmony
Reluctantly I break the union
Regrettably I return to Earth
Until I swim again
My name is Devin Hogg. I was born and raised in Carnarvon, Ontario, Canada. I moved to Guelph, Ontario, Canada in 2009 for university and lived here ever since.
