Another year
Has come and gone.
I see
How far I have to go.
Wrestling with loneliness
Dancing with the dark.
Searching for the right fit
In work
In community
In love.
I see
How far I have come.
Friends and family
Loving and supportive.
Knowledge of self
Growing ever deeper.
Capabilities and skills
Ever expanding.
Holy Spirit
Guiding and strengthening.
I give thanks
For this
And so much more.
Hope abounds
As 26 begins.
