Poem: Safe Through The Storm

I am lost
Wandering in the storm
Unsure of myself
Longing for belonging
Feeling only pain.
Yet I know
That life is more
Choosing than knowing.
I choose
Hope and faith
Honour and love.
Hold them constantly
In my heart.
These principles guide me
Through my path be clouded.
I take each next step
Knowing the Lord
Will shape my end
Lead me true
To where
And who
I’m meant to be.
