If that’s so
Why do so many
Find me unlovable?
How much longer
Must I remain alone?
I long for love
For the reminder
Of the light.
For someone to hold
To be held.
Yet all too often
I must refrain from embracing
Let go
Let be.
Please
Oh Lord
Help me!
